1. NO REFUNDS — DIGITAL GOODS POLICY

All products sold by GetDJCrates are digital, intangible, and irrevocable upon delivery.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All sales are final.
  • No refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits will be issued.
  • Access to digital content constitutes full and complete delivery.

This applies to, but is not limited to:

  • DJ packs
  • Edits and remixes
  • Transition tools
  • Sound effects
  • WAV, MP3, stems, ZIP files
  • Subscription content
  • Bonus materials
  • Any electronically delivered product

Delivery is deemed complete once:

  • A download link is generated, OR
  • Access is granted to your account, OR
  • Content becomes available in your dashboard

Whether or not files are downloaded, accessed, streamed, copied, transferred, or used is irrelevant to fulfillment status.

Under no circumstances will refunds be issued due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchase
  • Failure to read product description
  • Incompatibility with your software or hardware
  • Lack of technical knowledge
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Failure to cancel subscription before renewal

2. SUBSCRIPTIONS — STRICT BILLING TERMS

All subscriptions are billed automatically in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or as stated at checkout).

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.

Cancellation:

  • Must be completed before your renewal date.
  • Stops future billing only.
  • Does not entitle you to any refund.
  • Does not entitle you to prorated credit.
  • Does not refund previous billing cycles.

Failure to cancel prior to renewal will result in full automatic billing for the next cycle.

No exceptions.


3. LIMITED ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW (NOT A GUARANTEE)

Refunds may be considered solely for:

  • Verified duplicate charges
  • Proven payment processor errors

Refund consideration is entirely at the sole discretion of GetDJCrates.

Refund requests must:

  • Be submitted within 5 days of the transaction
  • Include order number
  • Include full documentation and proof

Approval is not guaranteed.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
  • Processing fees, transaction fees, and administrative costs may be deducted.
  • Review time is 7–14 business days.

4. CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD PREVENTION

Initiating a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal without first contacting us constitutes a violation of this policy.

If a chargeback is filed:

  • Immediate account suspension will occur.
  • Access to all purchased and subscribed content will be permanently revoked.
  • IP addresses, login activity, and download logs may be submitted as evidence.
  • The user may be permanently banned.
  • The matter may be escalated to collections where legally permitted.

Once a chargeback is initiated, the transaction becomes permanently ineligible for refund consideration.

Fraudulent disputes will be actively contested with full supporting documentation.


5. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing from GetDJCrates, you:

  • Acknowledge that all products are digital and non-returnable.
  • Waive any right to refunds except as explicitly stated.
  • Agree to these refund and cancellation terms.
  • Confirm that you have reviewed product descriptions prior to purchase.

If you do not agree with this policy, do not purchase or subscribe.
